As a lawyer at the firm, Erika combines her passion for innovation and commercialization, by counseling clients through invention mining, IP filing and licensing strategies, branding and overall informed IP focused decision-making for a global marketplace.

Erika’s commitment to mentorship and giving back to the community is unparalleled by her involvement at the committee, start-up, academic, advisory and pro-bono levels.  In academia, Erika has held an ongoing Adjunct appointment at Ryerson University teaching Environmental Law since 2016.
