Prior to joining PCK in 2020, Kanika worked at a global consulting firm and was responsible for assisting clients with their IP and R&D strategies. She has hands-on experience in searches: prior art, freedom to operate, invalidity/opposition and patent landscape. Kanika also worked at an Indian law firm where she was involved in prosecution and drafting of patent applications in the US, Europe and India. Kanika has assisted clients in diverse industries including cleantech, oil & gas, chemicals, biopolymers & biotech.
At PCK Kanika drafts and prosecutes patent applications, performs patentability searches and is currently training to be a patent agent.
