Gregor practiced law in-house with a major Canadian corporation for over 25 years before moving to PCK. He became interested in IP while his company was engaged in high-stakes patent litigation and obtained his patent agent designation while managing an intensive corporate commercial practice. He is experienced in many areas of the law including mergers and acquisitions, franchise law, competition law, advertising law, commercial litigation, insurance, and contracting.
